Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our primary focus at ClearVision Optical Company.  Our team takes great pride in providing high-quality merchandise at competitive pricing.  We offer a wide assortment of brands and styles – each offers exceptional value and wide-range appeal.  Our return policies are designed to maximize benefit to our customers overall.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Any current ophthalmic frame or sunglass returned to ClearVision will be accepted for exchange credit.  In the event a frame or sunglass becomes discontinued, exchanges will be accepted for frames of similar value for a period of twelve months from date discontinued.  Sunglasses may be exchanged for other sunglasses within six months of invoice date – after six months from invoice date, sunglasses may only be exchanged for current ophthalmic frames.

Frames must arrive at ClearVision free of personal markings and in resalable condition.  Frames which have been used as samples, excessively handled, misshaped or shop worn will not be accepted for return.

All exchanges must be authorized by a ClearVision sales consultant and sent back with a Return Authorization Form.

If frame cases were supplied with the original shipment, these cases must be returned in salable condition.  ClearVision reserves the right to reduce any applicable credit for missing, used or damaged case(s).  A $2 per case fee may be applied.  ClearVision reserves the right to apply a restocking fee at 20% in situations where our return policies are abused.

Warranty

Current ClearVision products are warranted for two years from date of purchase for defects in material and workmanship.  All warranty claims should include a copy of the original invoice.  Defective frames or parts will be replaced at no charge at the sole discretion of the ClearVision Optical Credit Department.  Breakage due to accident or other conditions not associated with a manufacturing defect are not covered under warranty.

Revo Frame Warranty

Current Revo frames are warranted for two years from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.  Plano lenses are not covered under warranty, ClearVision does offer replacement plano lenses for $60 (glass lenses are available for $90).

Revo RX Lens Warranty

RX COATING WARRANTY
All Revo coatings are warranted against cracking, peeling or crazing within 12 months of the date of the original purchase. The replacement lenses must be of the same prescription and material as the original.

SCRATCH WARRANTY
Revo warrants its prescription sunglass lenses for one year and one time against scratches to the mirror that occur during normal use. This excludes scratches from abuse or neglect. Lenses will be replaced in identical form (color, shape, Rx). Scratched lenses that Revo considers to be caused by improper use or care will be subject to customary charges for replacement prescription lenses or will be returned to the account.

NON-ADAPT
If a customer does not adapt to his or her prescription within 90 days, Revo will replace the original Rx, with a new one in the same frame*, one-time only.

DOCTOR REDO
Revo offers a one-time, NO COST redo within 90 days of the date of purchase if the original prescription is revised. No changes from the original frame, lens color or lens style will be permitted.

CHANGES AND CANCELLED JOBS
Changes can be made if the lenses are not already in process. Cancelled jobs and duplicate jobs will be billed at 50% of the quoted price.

RETURNS AND CREDITS
Revo will issue a credit once the original glasses are received. To ensure that credit is applied in a timely manner, please include your account number, a copy of the original invoice number and/or the patient’s name.

 

Revo Goggle Warranty

Current Revo goggles are warranted for one year from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship.   Lenses are not covered under warranty.

 

BluTech Warranty

All of our BluTech frames are warranted for two years from date of purchase for defects in material and workmanship.  All warranty claims should include a copy of the original invoice.  Defective frames or parts will be replaced at no charge at the sole discretion of ClearVision Optical Credit Department.  Breakage due to accident or other conditions not associated with a manufacturing defect are not covered under warranty. 

BluTech lenses are not covered under warranty, ClearVision will replace scratched or damaged BluTech lenses for a processing fee of $19.99.

 

Special Orders

Any frames purchased on a Special Value order are warranted for defects in material and workmanship or exchangeable for merchandise credit for a period of one year.

Any frames purchased on a Promotional Courtesy order are warranted for defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year.  Professional Courtesy frames are exchangeable for 30 days from date of purchase.

Please note that Close-Outs, Custom Frames and Fund-Raiser orders are final sale and will not be accepted for exchange or credit. 

Frames that have had sun lenses inserted (BluTech, Illa, Dilli Dalli, or standard) may not be returned.

Frames that have had custom indoor BluTech lenses inserted may not be returned (all Readers, Plano Classic, and Plano Max).
