Process may vary depending on the role.

02 Phone/Video Interviews

This is our opportunity to connect with you and have a two-way dialogue or a “face-to-face” which is always a treat!. You will also get the opportunity to connect with an employee to learn even more about the role and how you might fit into our CVO family.

Process may vary depending on the role.

03 Regional Sales Director Interview

You probably have a lot of questions or are eager to get to know the leader you will be working with. The goal of this conversation is to provide education on the territory, region, team and tools while also understanding more about your story.

Process may vary depending on the role.

04 Online Assessment

Time to get deep! Our assessment tool consists of two parts: a questionnaire and written interview, which gets reviewed by a third-party administrator. This is your chance to open up, be detailed, and share insights you think would be helpful for us to learn more about you.

Process may vary depending on the role.

06 Reference Check, Offer, Setup & Onboarding

We do ask for references as part of our application process, and when we get to this stage we will always confirm with you that it is okay to contact them. Welcome to the CVO family!. Our extensive onboarding provides all the training and resources you need to get up to speed, and on the road!

Process may vary depending on the role.
