Interns

Are you a talented college student looking for a hands-on, paid internship? Could you benefit from joining an award-winning internship program? Are you a problem solver who enjoys learning in a dynamic environment?

ClearVision Optical is seeking undergraduate and graduate students for select internships. We have been recognized by One Day, One Job for our outstanding program, tailored to provide students with continuous learning opportunities. ClearVision attracts students who have demonstrated leadership (academic, athletic, artistic), are socially conscious, and have shown a commitment to giving back to others. These qualities align with our fast-paced, family-owned organization.

My professional development has been significantly expedited by the invaluable hands-on experience and encouraging learning environment that ClearVision Optical has given me.

My internship at ClearVision Optical has given me the opportunity to work with a talented team from a variety of backgrounds and to understand the eyewear industry better.

I am appreciative of the chance to work at ClearVision Optical, where I've been able to put my skills to use and contribute to worthwhile projects

ClearVision Optical's dedication to innovation and excellence has motivated me to constantly push myself and think creatively about my work

During my time at ClearVision Optical, I've learned a ton, and the encouraging mentors and coworkers have made it an unforgettable experience

Our Hiring Process

01 Send in Your Resume

Whether you found us online or through a connection, it all starts with getting to know a little about you! Your resume is an important tool so that we can understand your school & work history and obtain contact information to move forward.

Process may vary depending on role.

02 Phone Interview

This is our opportunity to connect with you and have a two-way dialogue to assess if we are aligned. This "first date" is all about getting to know you and more details about your background, while sharing our knowledge on the company and intern program.

Process may vary depending on role.

03 Video Interview

Connecting "face-to-face" is always a treat! Our interview team loves getting the chance to meet you virtually. This is an opportunity to connect with an employee and/or leader from the department you are interviewing for to learn more intimately about the internship and how you might fit into our CVO family.

Process may vary depending on role.

04 Offer, Setup & Onboarding

Welcome to our fabulous intern program! We will work with you to make sure that all the right paperwork is completed and that you can get comfortably situated in your new internship. Our extensive onboarding provides all the training and resources you need to get up to speed.
