Upon joining the CVO family in 2014 as a Senior Recruiter, Maddy has eagerly taken on whatever challenges are presented her way. It is in Maddy’s DNA to be a matchmaker and professional networker. She is skilled at talking to people with a high level of service and empathy, and she is a true cheerleader when it comes to the CVO spirit.
