Our Hiring Process

01 Send in Your Resume

Whether you found us online or through a connection, it all starts with getting to know a little about you! Your resume is an important tool so that we can understand your work history and obtain your contact information to move forward.

Process may vary depending on the role.

02 Phone/Video Interviews

This is our opportunity to connect with you and have a two-way dialogue or a “face-to-face” which is always a treat! Our Talent Management team loves getting to know you and more details about your background, while sharing our knowledge on the open role. You will also get the opportunity to connect with an employee or leader from the department you are interviewing for to learn even more about the role and how you might fit into our CVO family.

Process may vary depending on the role.

03 Online Assessment

Time to get deep! Our assessment tool consists of two parts: a questionnaire and written interview, which gets reviewed by a third-party administrator. This is your chance to open up, be detailed, and share insights you think would be helpful for us to learn more about you.

Process may vary depending on the role.

04 References

Almost there! We do ask for references as part of your application process, and when we get to this stage we will always confirm with you that it is okay to contact them.

Process may vary depending on the role.

05 Offer, Set Up & Onboarding

Welcome to the CVO family! We will work with you to make sure you can get comfortably situated in your new role. Our extensive onboarding provides all the training and resources you need to get up to speed.

Process may vary depending on the role.

She has grown up in the ClearVision culture, having first joined the organization in 2014 as an intern while obtaining her Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. Throughout her career she has touched all things related to talent, including recruiting & onboarding, training & development, curating the intern program, employee engagement activities, philanthropic outreach, and much more. She has run our CVO Cares and Wellness committees, and is actively part of the Personal Development and Customer Service Ambassadors committees. Her superpower is helping to turn great ideas into reality, and she plays a key role in enhancing CVO’s work-from-anywhere culture. She loves meeting new people and bringing amazing talent onboard to grow the ClearVision family. Alyssa is a big fan of her two Labradors, anything related to home décor and unicorns!

AnnMarie
Talent Manager

Meet Talent Manager, Ann Marie Theologitis, who joined the ClearVision family in 2008. She has had the joy of watching the team grow into the amazing group of gals it is today! Ann Marie specializes in all things payroll, benefits, compliance and employee relations (gasp, I know, but she makes it look good ???? ). She prides herself on caring for others and being a true team player, ready and willing to pitch in at any time, anywhere! She is a true champion for CVO and will tell anyone (that is willing to listen) what an amazing place it is to work. Ann Marie works hard to grow and nurture the personal connections she makes with our employees, embracing the CVO family spirit. She received her undergraduate degree from Dowling College and worked as an elementary school teacher prior to jumping into her HR career over 25 years ago. She has her Professional HR (PHR) certification and is proud of her diverse background. Ann Marie enjoys shopping (probably a bit too much), home decorating, crafting and spending time with her husband, daughter and dog Lucy!

Dom
Talent Specialist

Meet our Talent Specialist, Dominika (affectionately known as Dom!). Dom joined CVO as a Talent Management Intern in 2018 when she started her master’s program in Human Resources at Stony Brook University. After graduation, she was brought on as a full-time employee and has been growing ever since! Dom will be your go-to person throughout the interview process, guiding you through each step and answering any questions you may have. When she’s not coordinating interviews and interacting with our candidates, Dom plans and hosts several of our intern events, assists with our culture and philanthropy initiatives and is our go-to researcher and social media expert on the team. Dom loves our work-from-anywhere culture and has since moved to the Boston Metro-West area with her two rescue dogs and cat. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at animal shelters, traveling and doing yoga!

Maddy
Senior Recruiter

Upon joining the CVO family in 2014 as a Senior Recruiter, Maddy has eagerly taken on whatever challenges are presented her way. It is in Maddy’s DNA to be a matchmaker and professional networker. She is skilled at talking to people with a high level of service and empathy, and she is a true cheerleader when it comes to the CVO spirit. Maddy has helped to grow the organization with both internal talent and outside sales talent, and seeing the impact of the newest team members is what makes her smile twinkle rightly. Being a part of an innovative and forward-thinking company is what attracted her to CVO and years later she says it is all still holding true. When Maddy isn’t behind the screen, she enjoys doing handstands & cartwheels, going for runs, and having fun with her husband & 3 children.
